John Scott
Head Coach
Coach John Scott has helped this organization grow so much, and a lot of that has to do with his coaching philosophy. The primary components of Venom Fastpitch softball program are: hard work, discipline, dedication, and teamwork. These values will be stressed daily in practices and in competition. Our philosophy is based on everyone giving 100% effort and possessing a positive attitude. It is truly amazing what these players can do when they truly believe. These ladies are the future!
Jeff O’Connell
Pitching Coach
Coach Jeff has been a truly valued member of the Venom Fastpitch family since 2019. As our Pitching Coach. Coach Jeff works closely with our pitchers to make sure they’re performing to the best of their ability.

The Venom Fastpitch team wouldn’t be where it is today if it weren’t for Coach Meagan Silva who oversees our strategy and advises on the best course of action. We really couldn’t have wished for a better Coach for these fine young ladies.

Our Team Administrator Jamie Varner has been with us since the very beginning and oversees all of the business operations for the organization. She is a valuable asset to the organization.
